I'm a fully ITEC qualified holistic therapist offering a range of treatments to support your wellbeing - including Reiki, Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Sound Healing and Face Reflexology.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing happens on every level - physical, emotional, and spiritual. Each session is tailored to what your body and mind need in the moment, creating space for balance, release, and true restoration.

One of the most transformative parts of my journey has been completing my Reiki Master training in Japan, where I was able to connect deeply with the traditional roots of this beautiful practice. That experience continues to shape every session I offer.
